• Order and payment history needed to fulfil your purchases.
• Messages you send us through the contact form — name, email, and message content.
• An anonymous device identifier created automatically so your cart and wishlist work before you sign in.

We use this information to process and deliver your orders, respond to enquiries, keep your account and cart working correctly, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We don't use your information for advertising or sell it to anyone.

3. Sharing your information

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the store — our hosting, authentication, and database provider (Google Firebase), our payment processor (SnapScan), and our transactional email provider — strictly to the extent needed for them to perform those services.

4. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls on our database and encrypted connections throughout the site.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

7. Cookies & local storage

We use only the essential cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your cart and wishlist. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children's privacy

Cereparel isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this statement from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted on this page.
