1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Cereparel website and any order you place with us. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Products & pricing
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We try to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can happen — if we spot a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding. Product photos are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item you receive.
3. Orders & payment
Orders are placed and paid for through our checkout using SnapScan. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received. We may cancel or refuse an order — for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraudulent activity — and will let you know if that happens.
4. Shipping
We charge a flat shipping fee per order, waived above a minimum order total shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you once they've been delivered to the address you provided.
5. Returns & exchanges
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement, exchange, or refund. Outside of that, we don't currently offer change-of-mind returns — reach out to us anyway and we'll see what we can do.
6. Intellectual property
The Cereparel name, mascot, logos, product designs, and site content belong to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use this site for anything unlawful or fraudulent, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it for other people.
8. Limitation of liability
This site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products bought through it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted on this page.
